Then, you may just scan the copy of the H-1 approval notice and email it to your spouse. Then, he can just print it out there for H-4 visa application. He also needs your recent 3 months paycheck stubs and had better also provide your employment verification letter from your employer. All of these documents can be scan and email to your spouse. Then, print them out using color printer.
