millions of thanks,8老师. I really appreciate you giving me answers even though it is very late evening. Acutally, I have no problem for applying EB2, it is just time issue, but my son is  the first year student at college, he can apply for summer jobs if he has green card next summer. However, what you warned make sense to me,  it is risky if I fail EB1B and could not H1B extention.

My chinese collegue told me the same thing as you mentioned, he hired a lawyer for EB1B, then contact with our company lawyer, our company lawyer did not agree he applied for EB1B, then my colleague showed them his contract with outside lawyer, but our company lawyer still did not agree. and finally, a big boss involved, and later on the company lawyer agreed him to compete for EB1B, and my colleague got the approval within 1 month or even shorter time. The only worry for me is my background is not as strong as my colleague, so I do not know how to write to my company lawyer tomorrow.
