关于interview时可能的场景：

visa offier 问： why were you refused to enter US at the port of entry?
我妻答曰："I wanted to use B2 visa to enter US  to visit my hu*****and on dd/mm/yyyy (put the date here), but I was unable to convince the CBP officer at the port of entry that I did not have the immigration intent. Thus, the CBP officer did not allow me to enter US".

officer接着可能会问：

why couldn't you convince the CBP offer that you didn't have immigration intent?
如何破解？

officer也许还可能问：
2) since you didn't have immigration intent 2 months back as you said , why are you applying for an immigration visa now, which is exactly opposite to what you meant at that time? Based on this, would it be safe to say you did have immigration intent at the time when you were at port of entry?
如何破解?

3) 以下是当时CBP officer记录在案的有关refuse的一此细节。 Visa officer 可以轻易调出来对一些她(他)感兴趣的细节发问。比如：
    3a) why did you process through different aisle at a different time than your hu*****and instead of going through together at the same time? (我们当时有意没有走在一起而是以独立旅客身份通关)
        如何破解？

    3b) If you are in no hurry to go to the United States, why was your hu*****and found in possession of 5 large bags full of all your belongings and you yourself have four other badgs on your personal items? (当时我们总共带了9件行李，我帮妻拿了其中5件)
       如何破解？
   3c) why would your hu*****and lie about the wedding in Las Vegas? (我前面说过了，我当时没有说我妻的此行目的之一要去Vegas办wedding而我妻说了这个，他们认定我刻意隐瞒撒谎。真是冤死了)。
      如何破解？
