我刚入籍, 给父母申请绿卡. 父母的结婚证要求certified translation. 这个一般去哪做? 在网上查了有些翻译公司可以做. UPS store 说他们可以做notarization. 我自己翻译后找他们公证可以吗? 还是必须通过翻泽公司做certified translation?
-You can ask your friend who knows both Chinese and English well to do it for you. Then, go to the Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize your friend's signature on the translation. Your friend also needs to write a statement that he/she knows both Chinese and English well and the translation is accurate.
还有刚才楼下同学的问题也是我的问题, 关于485填表签名. 8老师是说三处都要签吗?
还是只签1, 2, 不签preparer (那里要填firm address, 可是我不是律师)?
