1.arround 3 weeks to 4 weeks, I just got the receipt. You will receive it very soon. (I guess your last 3 numbers on receipt will begin on ....500, lol, just joke)
2.EAD 30-90 days, AP 30-60 days, I am not sure if this is correct or not, I found those processing time according to my receipt numbers.
3.I wish it is available now. I read a newspaper which says it is going on. Yes, 3 months after you get the receipt. Acturally arround 4 months, not interview immediately after I-485 approved. But nobody knows it is true or not. Anything could happen now.
What is TN visa. My lawyer says you are in legal status after you receive the receipt even if your current visa expired. But that is what I heard, not for sure.
