Serious issue.

1) You have to go to the court to appeal before the judge. You don't show up, you lose the case. And you'll be ordered to leave because you have laready out of status. This is a very serious situation, don't use Chinese logic to think they can wait until you finish your semester. Act now, and you might want to talk to your instructors to let you have incomplete in your classes.
2) Go to your ISO to find out the legal assistance mentioned. Or go/call to the local USCIS office for the legal assistance list.
3) Now, the action will be determined the judge of immigration court not by USCIS. If the judge bought your explanation, you will be excused and continue your study.
4) The court will tell you when will you get the results.

It is very serious, and act now.
