我几年前ex在485期间强迫离婚， 我当时是他的spouse,后来经过很艰难的过程找到工作， 我现在用工作签证，现在他给我转发了一封usics 给他的email,好像我的绿卡批了，但好像这绿卡我不能用，

-Normally no one including USCIS check how your got the green card and it is OK for you to use it. But if you apply for US citizen or want to sponsor your spouse/kid's green card, then USCIS will check it carefully and thus, you may have trouble.

Of course, if you want to apply for a new green card by yourself, you must report this green card background to USCIS and them to cancel this green card.

请高人指点我该怎么办？是否要通知移民局？谢谢！
