如题。因为回国签证可能会被叫去代签（我假期短，怕代签太费时），所以想到去加拿大签证。我的H1B签证已经过期了9个月，不知道专门去加拿大的美国领事馆办H1B签证是否需要先办加拿大签证才能进入加拿大和合法返回美国。
