2。g1145表需要130一张，485一张吗？

3。 我昨天开始填表，爸爸的父母去世很久了，所以不记得他们的生日，可以填n/a吗？

-Just say "Decrease" in the address part of the form follwoing the name.

4。 864表，我以个人工资担保。4万工资够担保父母两人吗？
