my LP is H4 pending, if I change my employer, my current company will withdraw my H1b. Will USCIC reject this petition just because they find the H1b has been withdrawed?

-If your wife receive RFE about your H1 status, you just provide the copy of your H1 transfer filing receipt.

 Or they will approve this petition based on my valid H1b status?
