奇怪的事情，申请H1B，CASE REOPENED；没有H1B trasfer

很奇怪，的事情，不知道有没有人给点经验。

4月份申请H1B
9月收到RFE
9月回复REF

今天查询，发现突然跳到
12月22日说case reopened

在此之前没有任何的消息，包括任何decision

We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on December 22, 
2012, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a

问题在于，我没有transfer H1B；这是我第一次申请H1B，在此之前也没有受到任何
decision。我也就职在同一家公司；没有变化。刚刚经理还在和我们开会。

也没有收到任何HR的东西，奇怪。

请大家帮忙看看，这个是什么怪异的情况？
