很常见的现象——回复：请教: why the I-485 case number can not be found online

 

I submitted I-485 on October 1st, 2012 including my son as the independent.  We received the receipt notices yesterday.  However the priority date on my son’s receipt notice is incorrect (it is actually the October 1^st, 2012).  I called the USCIS Customer Service Number provided at the bottom on the receipt notice, but it said the case can not be found.  I checked the online status, and the case can not be found either.  Can anybody explain this? and what should I do next?  Thank you very much!

其次，现在还太早了，查不到很正常，即使他们内部的系统更新起来有时也不是那么及时。

最后，你自己在网上查不到自己的案子就更常见了，有的人直到批准了都还没见过网上信息呢（很可能是录入的人落掉了部分案子），即使这样也不会影响审理。你要是实在不放心，多等一段时间再去个电话，咨询一下你的案子，只要确认了你们的案子确实存在，你就不必再理会了。
