8老师，上次问过您我们这DMV不承认EAD是LEGAL文件，还是不懂， 反正我老公用EAD办

驾照时，他们不肯按EAD上的时间给。上次问您是不是可以请我的律师出面和DMV协

商，您说可以。

-You may show both I-485 receipt and EAD to the DMV to see what they say. You may also ask your state senator to help you.

请问您是否知道这样的事情一般律师会要多少钱？

-I don't know because different lawyer may have different fee. You may contact several and compare it. What the lawyer do is just to write a letter to justify it based on the immigration law or other related laws. So, the fee should not be that much and I think one to two hundreds is acceptable.
