首先感谢两位在移坛的无私奉献。

我现在EB2 Pending. 二月份递485时同时申请EAD和AP。四月份收到EAD和AP的COMBO card。

五月份回国并于六月份用EAD/AP COMBO card 回到美国，护照上新的I-94 状态AOS到明年三月.

六月收到移民局的信说，我用于申请AP的照片不合格，让我补交照片。因为我已经使用AP并已有I-94， 就没有在递交新照片。 今天收到另一封信，说因为我没有交照片，AP申请被拒。

-USCIS has the right to revoke any approved application (even green card) as long as they think the approval is a mistake.

现在我想今年圣诞节去加拿大访友，请问我是否可以用护照上i-94和EAD/AP card回美国。

-No. Because USCIS has revoked your approved AP/EAD, you can not use this card for travle or work any more. Also that I-94 is parolee I-94, not non-immigration status I-94, so you can not use the visa automatic revalidation benefit to travel to Canada (i.e. you did not visa stamp on your passport for your last entry, of course no visa automatic revalidation).

或者我的AP已经不能使用，我需要重新申请AP.
