我老公刚开始用EAD，所以他现在想延H4也没法延期了吧。

-If he want to do it, just file it because USCIS may not realize he used EAD. But techincally, his H4 will be void even if he extend it if he uses EAD later. Anyway, not hurt him to extend it and just waste the filing fee.
