母亲目前一人在中国。以前来美数次。85岁高龄。直接为她申请绿卡好？还是先办签证，来美后再办率卡好？

-If she can get the B2 visa to enter US, then you can sponsor her green card after she enters US for 3 or more months. Thus, she can get the green card very soon (a few months). Also, she does not need the B2 visa application interview by using "中信银行代签" due to her high age.

If she chooses to apply for the immigration visa in China, it may take one to two years (even longer if not smooth). Also it is not convenient for her to go to the US Consulate in Guangzhou for the immigration visa interview.
