1. 我女朋友已经有1年多次往返的旅游签证，在旅游签证没过期之前申请学生签证，会不会出现签证官不但不批准学生签证，还把旅游签证作废的情况？

-Normally no. But if her F-1 visa is approved, the VO nromally will cancel her B2 visa.

2. 我有绿卡，跟女友结婚之后，她能否随我5年之后一起转公民？

-No. She has to become a green card holder first.

3. 如果女友以旅游签证来美跟我结婚，我给她递交绿卡申请，那么她在美停留算不算非法？

-She will be illegally prensent after her B2 I-94 expires because she can not file I-485 until her priority date is current (may take 3 years unless you become US citizen). So, she had better get the F-1 visa or change her status to F-1 after using B2 visa to enter US. Or she just stay illegally until you become a US citizen.

她母亲能否来探亲？
