再次请教关于agency check 的问题

关于“Is your employer a Federal contractor”的问题，我公司的HR也不知道，她们觉得应该不是

另外我在您给我的link发现了这个

USCIS revised relevant guidance to state that "Where the application is otherwise approvable and the FBI name check request has been pending for more than 180 days, the adjudicator shall approve the I-485, I-601, I-687, or I-698 and proceed with card issuance."

这个uscis的保证还有效吗？适用我现在的情况吗？我可以用这个理由去ｐｕｓｈ　ＵＳＣＩＳ　批准我的ｃａｓｅ吗？

我的485是EB1A, 今天5月file的， PD 是去年底的

10月，第一次做SR回复说 is waiting for an officer to final reviews

这个月第二次SR,回复我们说 these I-485 applications have received review by an officer.  Unfortunately, that officer was unable to make a final decision on them because the agency checks have not been completed. 

我彻底晕了
