再次向老师请教有关 485 agent check 的问题

我昨天（为了方便我把昨天的帖子贴在下面）就我的case的情况问老师，按您说的正在联系议员

刚才我又给USCIS HOTLINE 打了个电话，一个nice的the second representative说，我们的agency check正在进行中，我们的background check 的确已经结束了。。。。。

放下电话，我就更晕了

老师请问，

这个agency check 也是FBI做的吗？ 这个和background不一样（？），区别是（？）

我的485是EB1A, 今天5月file的， PD 是去年底的

10月，第一次做SR回复说 is waiting for an officer to final reviews

这个月第二次SR,回复我们说 these I-485 applications have received review by an officer.  Unfortunately, that officer was unable to make a final decision on them because the agency checks have not been completed. 

我彻底晕了
