我们2007年交了EB3的485（LD's name)， 但现在还没有current。现在我自己的EB2 current了，自己的140也批了，我们可以再交一份基于EB2的485申请吗？

-Yes. But you do not need to waste your money to file the second I-485. Just write a letter to USCIS to request the I-485 transfer/interfling from the EB3 to EB2 I-140 Both of you and your spouse (and child, if any) can transfer your EB3 I-485 to EB2 I-140. This procedure is called "I-485 interfiling" which means one I-485 can be used for two or more approved I-140s.
