8老师,您人真好！还有几个填I-539 form时遇到的问题麻烦您：

 

3a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

––B-2, F-1, H-1B 应该都不算移民签证吧？

 

3b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

 

3c. Has Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?

––没明白immigrant petition和file Form I-485的区别，我怎麽觉得是一回事呢。我们曾经在大放水时file过 Form I-485（老工主、我副申请人），但因为waiver还没完，被退了回来，现在正在排期。这个3b，3c应该分别怎麽填呢？

 

3g. Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?

––这里应该填yes 吧？我是准备从H-1B转H-4。

 

Fully describe the employment. Include the same of the person employed, name and address of the employer, weekly income, and whether the employment was specifically authorized by USCIS.

––我怎麽查我的雇主是否authorized by USCIS？是不是只要我以前的H-1B被批了，就证明我的雇主是authorized by USCIS？

 

以前申请H-4时律师要我提供color & legible copies。

––我感觉黑白复印件应该也行吧？
