回复：申请亲属移民F4，是不是就不能（商务、旅游签证）来美国了？

有朋友想办亲属移民（美国公民姐姐为弟弟办理），是不是130一交，不管批没批，都不能再以非移民签证来美国了？朋友一家基本每年来次美国，现在为女儿上学问题（5岁）想申请移民，那么在整个约10年的等待期间，朋友一家都不能来美了吗？

-Only the brother might be difficult to get the B1/B2 visa due to immigration intent, but he still have a chance if he can prove to the VO that he will come back to China after his short visiting US. The other family member will not be affected until they apply for the immigration visa about ten years later.

恳请各位高人，有没有什么其他的办法呢？
