谢谢8老师，按照您的分析，H1-B的transfer需要6个月的时间，有没有什么办法，让我在现在学校的工作和未来公司的工作在时间上做到无缝的（seamless)衔接。

-It is hard because if the company file the H1 transfer too late, you may not get the h1 quote and if they file the H1 transfer is too early, you may have to go back to China to get the h1 visa. But your new employer has to file the h1 transfer before your current H1 expires. 

是不是可以请这家公司办理H1-B transfer的加急申请，还是我自己办理这个加急？

-加急 is not good to you at all. The longer the h1 transfer pending, the better to you.

照我的理解，申请H1-B配额的工作应该是由那家公司来办理，是这样吗？我主要是想界定一下，哪些我本人来发起，哪些由那家公司来办理，再次感谢。顺便说明，我是博士后，没有OPT可以用，之前也没有在美国公司工作的纪录。
