问皮匠等老师I-140填表问题

读了皮匠老师的博客，有个问题不太清楚。

Part 4

6.Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?

我现在的雇主没有给我递交过140，但以前的雇主递交过并已批准，我要选yes吗？

另外，file i－140 需要什么supporting document?

想自己file，不想找律师了，有什么需要注意的吗？
