Get the stamp.

Probably it won't affect you for your formal green card. Once your PR status is registered, you are going to get your formal green card anyway. But what if they want check your status all the way when you apply for citizenship a few years later. It's hard to say if they will pick on you for that or not. So, just get the stamp from the safe side.
