请问皮匠，863211 等大师

我两年前在这里发过帖子，我是485 待批的副申请人，但老公外遇，婚姻触礁，他已于去年5月递了离婚申请，法院已开过三次庭了，今年10月将是最后一次出庭，然后就下离婚书了。我向法官求情过，法官试图帮我，但也只能帮到这个份上了。他的EB2 优先日期是2006年10月，恐怕难有希望能够在10月前拿到绿卡。我带着两个幼子没法上学，否则，拖到今天也差不多拿到了学位，然后找工作，如果顺利找到工作，也可以申请工作签证，以留在美国。如今说这些也没用。只想请问各位大师，今后我如何还能留美？如何处理我未批的485？我的485是2007年7月随大潮递上去的，如今3年多了，只等名额。我可不可以去向移民局上诉？我有两个孩子在美国出生，我可以以此为由要求留下吗？并不是我不想回中国，而是回去非常没底，我N年没有工作经验，如今年纪也大了，对回国找工作很没有信心，还有两个孩子的户口，上学，医疗等问题，都让我头疼。请大师们好心指路，万分感谢！
