question about police clearance letter

请问863211老师，PJiang老师

今天去local officeI485面谈，什么有关工作的问题都没问，说我指纹不readable，让我到过去5年住过的city的police station获取certified police clearances. RFE上说“submit certified copies of police clearnces for (name) from every city she has lived in for the past 5 years. (Claims of no record must be certified by the Clerk of Court in both the felony and misdemeanors divisions in the parish or county of arrest.)找到县政府，只提供了一个没有犯罪记录的统一表格，盖上章，并在我的一再要求下做了public notary, 但是他们说提供不了括号里所提的要求。请问是不是这张盖了警察局 “no criminal arrest record"章的表就可以了？有点担心。
