加拿大公民，关于如何更新h1b 797 form?

现在在美工作。 前是中国公民的时候，得到h1B, 797 form.

现在是加拿大公民，好像有不同格式的797。至少上面显示加拿大国籍

需要填写什么表格？寄给uscis吗

需要律师帮忙填写吗
