回复：EB1a485被拒，H4赴墨西哥签证；若拒签，MTR

我们准备让女儿去墨西哥Tijuana签证（现H4签F1）。如果签到，就万事大吉，回来以后她就是学生身份，完全和我们分离了。如果签不到，我们准备让她持AP回来。
-You had better accompany your kid to Mexico for the visa application and use your H1 I-94 to come back. If your kid can not get teh F1, try to use her H4 I-94 to come back (some people say the CBP officer in the US-Mexico border is not strict in this issue).

If her H4 I-94 does not work, then use the AP and explain that your kid does not receive the I-485 denial notice yet if the officer question the AP and of course she can justify to the CBP officer that she will file the I-485 Motion to Reopen if she receive the I-485 after she returns to US.

照理说，485被拒，AP和EAD都被拒了。但是，PJiang的博客说，有30天的抗诉期。如果F1因为曾有485而被拒，我们就想用AP回来，并且回来后，真的就抗诉移民局，期望能争取一点时间，让女儿从AOS转回来H4。请PJiang、863211和其他朋友们帮参谋参谋。

如果女儿顺利签证回来，太太准备回国去签H4回美（原来打算用AP回来）。我自己就呆在美国（原来打算回国，用AP回来），哪儿也不去了，以保持我的H1-B身份。

就暂时写这么多，等会儿，还得去看烟火。
