If my employer receive I-797B which has no I-94, then i have to go outside US to get the H1 visa to activate my h1 status.You mean I have to US Embassy in China to get a new H1 visa. I could not smooth come back USA only with AP.Sounds so complicated! I am wondering if i should go to China this time? (big headache)
