比如中国人现在485pending，其来自非中印的配偶还没有开始申请绿卡，她/他可不可以作为dependent加一个485就可以了？
-Yes as long as the PD for his/her country is current, adn then you also can use hsi/her country's PD/visa number after he/she files I-485 to join yours.
