- Birth certificate of 本人

- Marriage certificate of father and mother (only needed in father's package)---我父亲一定要他们的结婚公证吗？


- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (本人)--我先生可以用这个吗？还是我们要准备下个这个？

- Form I-864A (if hu*****and/wife's financial support is needed)

- Form I-864 support docs: Tax return and 2 most recent pay stubs (本人)

- Form I-94 of father/mother ---这是要什么？是入关时被盖单的那个I-94卡吗？

- father/mother's birth certificate --这个现在申请时也需要一起递交吗？

- Copy of father/mother's passport, including the page with nonimmigrant visa
