回复：有关J1转H1B的三个问题，请大侠们帮助解疑。

本人J1签证，有效期两年，在大学做博士后。
DS2019上该显示：Not subject to the two-year residence requirment前面被打了勾。
问题一：DS2019的这个打勾显示是否意味着我的J1身份以后不需要wavier了。
-Not true. This DS2019 is filled by your school and they may not know what is going on. Based on the China-U.S. agreement, all the J1 visitors with any major/speciality are subject to the two-year residence requirment.
入境（第一次来美国）刚好6个月，现在想转换身份到H1B，填写I539表格时，参考了皮匠大虾的填表指南，
问题二：相对于24个月的J1停留期，刚满6个月就提出转换身份的申请，是否有极大的可能会被认为有移民倾向，从而申请被拒。
-USCIS will not deny your H1 application just based on your immigration intent. The problem is you need J1 waiver before you are qaulified to change your status to H1. You nee to be J1 status for at least one year to be qualified for J1 waiver.
问题三：都说大学里面的H1B名额不占移民局配发给企业的名额，比较容易申请，此话当真？
