我是副申请人，职业移民二类，优先日期是2006年10月，现485 已经递交，但老公已经去法院起诉离婚，估计不久后就要判离了。他绝不回头，也绝不通融我的绿卡。因为国内的小三正等着上位。我有两个很小的孩子都在美国出生。请问离婚后我还有什么办法留在美国吗？谢谢！
