URGENT! Mom's interview in GuangZhou

Short review of my mom's GC application.

Priority date is 2/8/09, I chose E-GZ, the new way so called paperless way for the process. Basically, you don;t need to mail any paper docs to NVC, GZ,just scan everything and email to them.

Interview date is 9/8/09, pretty speedy.
If anyone wants to know more, I am glad to share anything I know.

Now, here are my questions:
Based on the interview notice letter, I understand my mom suppose to bring all original files to the interview, however I am not quite clear on several of them listed as below:

Document name Document Status
1. Correspondence instructions: C (Direct inquiries to your
consulate/embassy)
2. Immigrant visa application: S (Scanned files received, original doc must
be presented at the time of interview)

3. Marriage termination: A (Applicant must acquire this doc and
present it at the time of interview)


What are 1 and 2? Does 1 mean to be the instruction letter? and 2 mean to be DS-230-part 1?

For 3, my dad passed away two years ago. I sent over my dad's death certificate already. Is it sufficient enough to be marriage termination prove? or there is some sort of marriage termination certificate, where to get it? and how?

Also, where is the most convenient hotel and place to live upon the interview? any suggestions please?
