I can not file I-485 to get your green card unless you get J-1 waiver or going back to China for one year. You do not need to withdraw your NIW I-140, and do not file EB1A by this time. Try to extend your J-1 and then, get the J-1 waiver first and after that you can think about the green card. If you go back to china for one year, try to find a job in USA later and apply for H1 visa to come back. H1 status is "dural intent" and the visa officer will not deny your H1 visa using immiration intent as the denial reason.
