It is really unfair. Especially for us of whose are waiting for so long just for the stupid GC. The PD of visa current of EB2 went far back from Oct. That was totaly irrational. USCIS wastes more money and time causing more cases delay since with the GC pending, we continue to apply the AP and EAC for the applicant and dependents of each family. What should we do with this unfairness, mistakes and inefficiency along our endless GC approval process? We have to tell them that their lengthily process has caused so much distress and pain to us who come and contribute to this country with high education, knowledge and youth from China.
