I think they issue more visas because of the current economic situation in USA. they need more visitors to spend money here. The materials we prepared are the same as last time. I wrote a letter to the visa officer, stating why they will go back. I saw your mention all those in your letter already: social tight, good retirement benefit and properties in china. Itemized those reasons in the letter, keep it brief because the officer won't spend lot of time to read it.

Also tell the officer although you can go back to china see your mom, there are so many great places in USA that you want to show your MOM, at the time your mom still be able to travel with you.
