Questions about AP filling

Dear all,

Please give me some suggestion about I-131 filling:


(1) If i hold active H1 and pended 485, Do I need to attache the copies of both or just 485 receipt notice?

(2) How should I choose the using time of AP? one trip or more than one time? which one is better?

(3) How can I give a reason for "what circumstances warrant issuance of AP".
