If PD is within the VB processing range, say 1/1/06, what exactly they will process your case? Start to process your 485 application or what?
If 485 filing date (say 10/07) is later than the date provided by the case processing center (7/07), is that mean they will not touch the case even if your PD is within the VB range or they will start to process the 485?
A question puzzled me quite a long time. Any anwser?
