1. Get the documents from your previous unit (上海研究所人事处出具结清经济关系、住房关系的公函).

2. Ask your previous colleague to show these douments to the 上海的人才交流中心, where they keep your personnel files.

3. 人才交流中心 will stamp on your waiver form.
