labor PD: 06/2003.
labor based 140 filed 03/2007 and approved later 2007
NIW 140 PD and NIW 485 cocurrent filing : 09/2005, NIW AD 06/2006 after RFE
letter request to recapture labor based PD (06/2003) and assign it to pending NIW 485 sent to USCIS two monthes ago.
Green card approval today. 05/30/2008.
