both manus were accepted for publication before petition!

as we all know, once manu is accepted for a publication, it pass the peer review process and it is a done project..

the IO did not point out these two papers in RFE, in fact, he asked me to updated citations for these two papers because I could not provide citations at the moment when I submitted my petition!

there are many citations on my other papers, and I have more than 8 letters from independent researchers talking about my research

I gonna fight back to this stupid IO and NSC!
