You are asked to provide additional evidence to demonstrate the first (you research is important to US) and third (you are superior than your peers) item in NIW.

1) Talk with your lawyer and prepare a good petition letter;

2) Prepare about 3 independent supporting letters to demonstrate that your research is important to the national interest and your ability to serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the majority of your colleagues.

3) Provide any new publications and new citations (including your conference abstracts, even cited by your collaorates) since first submission to reply. For each important citation (cited by high impact factor journals), highlight the citation and attached a sheet introducing how good the journal is, how your result was cited and used by the authors.

Do not worry about RFE, they just bother you.
