回复：H1B Landing Canada

My understanding is that you can come back to US with your H1B and I-94 card if you do NOT apply for US visa in Canada.If you apply for US visa AND get rejected, you will have problem to come back to US. My concern is that: can you come back so soon? (within one week?) You usually need 4-6 weeks to get the Canadian PR card sent to you. Can you come back without the PR card? Can you leave Canada right after your landing? Please share your info. Thanks
