I read from some place weeks ago, an USCIS IO hinted that WORLD WIDE EB 3 can be used as the guildline for the movement of China EB 2, if WW EB 3 moves forward, then China EB 2 moves forward too. It is weird, but, take it or not. So I predictes China EB 2 will at least move forward 6 months because WW EB 3 moves that much based on this Mumbai bulletin.
