You do need to meet prevailing salary while clearing LCA. You an find some info from the website of labor dept, but it's not in detail. Lawyers should have detail data they purchased. Ask for options other than H1B and future routes for green card. Once you clear that, you should be fine if you want to go for H1B.

However, the business credits for new comapnies might not be good enough to help you get green card. This will be the key issue in LC and I140. You might want to talk to a lawyer to get more precise evaluation.
