Taotaomao, Thanks,
My original question might not be clear and date error. When I
re-entered US border, I was given a new I-94 card with new #,
but the valid day (Aug. 2007) was 4 months shorter than my H1
granted (Dec. 2007). When I extented my H1, it extended from
Dec 2007, instead from Aug 2007. The I-94# on H1 extension
approval notice is same as that given by the border, so the new
I-94# has 4 months gap. Now I am worried about if I was out
of state during that 4 months?
Thanks again
