FBI 的 NC 超过 180 天，I-485 可以不等其结果而先行批准

这两天，大家都知道了移民局新出了个 Memo，说的是 FBI 的 NC 如果 pending 180 天以后，I-485 可以不等 NC 的结果而先行批准。

一些饱尝 NC pending 的同学，已经开始跃跃欲试，准备和 USCIS 联络，请求即办绿卡，或勒令其速批。

Memo 刚刚出笼，真正实施起来也许还有一个渐进。真正实施起来了，轮到了你的 case，还有一个过程。
想一想，在接到你的 fax, phone call, letter 之后，移民局会立马把你的 case 抽出来，大笔一挥，＂批＂？

并不是反对你去和移民局联系，但是对其所起的作用，应该有一个较清醒的认识。
