在140 和485 之后何时换工作合法

我2003 年2 月份 一起递上去的 140 和485 的申请， 一块申请的人已经批了下来，可是我的却要求出示公司finance report 以证明公司有足够的钱支付我的工资。可是我以 前的公司几个月前已经倒闭了。 在 file 140 和485 180 天之后公司倒闭。 但是我还存有所有的工资单。请问140 还有没有希望approve.

我想问题的关键 在於在140 和485 同时file的情况
下，file 之后6个月换工作有没有问题。
